. Vintage Anchor Hocking Fire King Royal Ruby Glass Tilted 6" Ball Pitcher with Ice Lip c1940s
. Size:  6"H x 7"L (handle to spout) x 5"W
. Excellent Condition (No chips, cracks, hazing, clouding or heavy scratching)!  It does have some light scratches consistent with age.

This is a Vintage Anchor Hocking Fire King Royal Ruby Glass Tilted 6" Ball Pitcher with Ice Lip c1940s. It has a ribbed, curved handle, w/Ice Guard Lip and the neck of the pitcher has the same ribbed design. It measures: 6"H x 7"L (handle to spout) x 5"W.  It is in Excellent Condition (No chips, cracks, hazing, clouding or heavy scratching)!  It does have some light scratches consistent with age. It isn't marked, which is common with this, since they marked most with a label.

Production of Royal Ruby glass began in 1938. According to Anchor Hocking's Fire-King and More Identification and Value Guide by Gene Florence (see below) production dates are 1938-1967 and 1973-1977.  Most Royal Ruby glass is not marked or signed. The glass usually came from the factory with a sticker identifying the Royal Ruby color.
