    This listing is for a Vernon Kilns 9.5" plate with a hand-painted image by Gale Turnbull, noted artist who was Vernon's Art Director in the 1930's.  The tropical fish images is, not-surprisingly, from his Fish series

    CONDITION:  Excellent.  Noted: some very light crazing in a few spots.  No other notable issues.
