Up for sale is a dessert book with a subject that has a bit of "simplicity" yet retains some "elegance." Jell-O Gelatin has always been a versatile and fast dessert food whether as a side on the dish or as something special like a parfait, in pie, or in a salad. It can be molded or unmolded, whipped, blended, creamed, layered, cubed or flaked. Jell-O is a great addition with it's own style. Great recipes and illustrations.
This vintage hardcover has some lightly moderate use. The covers show some age and slight fading. The spine strapping at the bottom (rear seam) is cracking. It isn't bad but definitely apparent. It also has some light staining, towards the top.  The edges and corners show light use and wear. On the front end piece there is a name and date in ink. The cover page shows some light usage staining at the top (fingers holding the page.) This is about the extent of the blemishes otherwise this book is in good shape, it is clean, quite colorfully illustrated, solid and tight. Nice book!
