    This is a little recipe folder that probably came in a box of Knox Gelatin in 1931.  It unfolds to 5 double sided panels with information on both sides.  It has recipes for Knox Berry Pie, Perfection Salad and Orange Charlotte among others.  Folded it is 3 & 1/4" by 2 & 3/8".  It is in excellent undamaged condition.
