This is an 8 page booklet that appears by the cover to be published by The Food Education Bureau and approved by the American Medical Association.  Both of these are true but it is actually advertising for Knox Gelative cleverly disguised as a government or medical association publication.  It is titled Warm Weather Menu Suggestions.  It has a bit of age darkening and very gentle wear.  It is 8 & 1/2" by 5 & 5/8" bound by staples.
