Return Policy
Before returning any item, you must request an RMA number. (return merchandise authorization)
Please note, there will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges.
If you received a wrong order (color, style, and/or size) at our fault, we will issue you a return label to ship the item back to us at our cost and exchange or issue a full refund upon receiving the returns.
You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition within 30 days.  If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges. If you want to exchange to different size, color or style, just ship the package back to us at your own cost, by any carrier at your convenience.  Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchanged item.   While we make every effort to process all requests in a prompt fashion, please allow 1-2 business days on all returns, exchanges, refunds or credits.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours (excluding weekends).
Average delivery time is less than 5 business days within the continental United States.
At this time, we can only ship within the continental United States.
Payment Policy
We gladly Accept Payments via PayPal.
Unfortunately, we do not accept e-checks through PayPal.
We also do not accept payments from international PayPal accounts. Your PayPal account must be a U.S. based account.
