Pecan Butter 28 Count Cross Stitch Linen by Lakeside Linens Size 18 x 25

Description

This is an auction for a piece of 28 Cashel count cross stitch linen in the color of Pecan Butter by Lakeside Linens.  The size of the linen by the seller is a fat quarter but the linen actually measures 18 x 25 – 1/2 and was originally purchased from Stoney Creek.  This linen was folded and shipped in a plastic bag with a sticker on the bag and two edges of the linen have been serged and one edge is the selvage.  A search of the web has this linen as an equivalent of DMC 3782; m
y testing of this shows that this is really close, however, the linen is more brown and my DMC has a green cast to it.  This piece of linen is closer to DMC 842 based on the DMC in my possession.
I stored this piece of linen in its original packaging from the seller so it is wrinkled and I did not iron the linen.  I have now removed the linen from the plastic baggie and it will be stored flat until the need to package it for shipping.  It has been away from paper/cardboard and wood and stored out of direct sunlight.
In taking pictures, we tried various things so the color would be true in the photos, but no matter what we tried, some colors just did not photograph well; so go by the DMC equivalent colors noted in the description.
We are a smoke-free home, however, we do have pets.
