    Description

MAX SILBER - BRONZE FRYING PAN - 1950 JAMBOREE - RARE
This is the “Holy Grail” for Max Silber collectors.  This bronze frying pan was produced for the 1950 National Jamboree  along with the 1950 belt buckle, a  plaque with the bust of George Washington and a round plaque featuring the famous New Hampshire landmark, the Old Man of the Mountains.  Max served as a Jamboree Scoutmaster for the New Hampshire Daniel Webster Council contingent and he had a variety of items produced and given as friendship gifts.
The bronze frying pan measures 4.75” x 3” and is in pristine condition.
It is extremely rare and my best guess is 6-12 exist based on my knowledge and conversations with fellow collectors. As an eBay buyer and seller and longtime collector of the buckles, I can attest to it’s authenticity.
