You are bidding on a Marie Louise Originals - Nina - doll to make.  Let me preface this by saying I have never made anything like this before, so I am only guessing on the completeness of what I have - I am not 100% sure everything you need is included - it's just a guess on my part.  Pricing accordingly.  You get the cloth to make the doll - design printed on crepe fabric, pattern, needles, lace, tweezers, and some other things I can't identify.  There is no fabric for the dress, or wool for the hair, so not a complete kit.
Again, never made this kind of cloth doll before, but I can try to answer any questions that you may have.
I WILL of course COMBINE SHIPPING if you buy more than one item from me (but not on any items for the Global Ship Program – no combining of shipping allowed – sorry!)
Smoke free, but not pet free (my home).
