You will get (10) Black with gold trim pens.  These are
brand new, never used, and still in the individual plastic sleeves.
If you like Marine Corp memorabilia without .COM written all over it, this is perfect for yourself, your Marine Corps friends and family members.
Notice these simply have
"MARINES" written on them and nothing else.

ITEM CONDITION:  These vintage items are sold in as is condition and I will NOT ACCEPT returns/refunds due to the following reason:  Yes these are brand new, never used, still in the individual plastic sleeves.  But I
did a random test and found the ink has dried up after 20+ years.   So I make no guarantees the ink will work and I'm 99.9 percent positive they won't work.  With that said, the ink will need to be replaced and you should be able to go any office supply store and buy replacements.  If you are not okay with this, please do not make the purchase or leave me adverse feedback.   I have disclosed to you what is wrong with them.

most used/pre-owned and vintage/antique items in general, there might be some dirt, scratches, and/or other forms of wear here and there. Some items may need cleaning or repair as they are not always in perfect minty fresh condition. Again, please look at all pictures before making a purchase.
You will receive the same exact item that is pictured and described. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW ALL OF THE PICTURES. Sorry but NO REFUNDS will be given FOR ANY STATED FLAWS OR DEFECTS. Please read the entire listing and review all pictures carefully. All of my items, unless stated otherwise are vintage/preowned items and are sold as is.
General Information on Preowned/Used Items:
I'm not an antique/vintage expert.  My knowledge is limited to what I know.  I do try very hard to research and accurately describe all items and include any flaws so please read carefully before purchasing. However, I'm always trying to educate myself and if you are more knowledgeable about a particular item or notice that I have something listed wrong please let me know so I can correct it.  It would be much appreciated.
I believe in sharing our knowledge as it helps all of us to better understand what we are selling and buying.  It's why in my listings if I can't with 100% confidence state what I'm selling, I will tell you this, but I will also give you my rationale for stating my conclusions be it right or wrong, what they are.  I've seen way too many things listed wrong on eBay due to people just coping what others have done because it's easier than doing the research.
Most vintage items are in used condition and are being sold "as is".  Used/Preowned items often have multiple flaws.  Please be aware there may or may not be minor scuff marks and scratches on vintage/used/ preowned items. This is expected on items that have aged and are in used condition.   I do my very best to point out the obvious flaws and describe the item as clearly as possible and show you in the pictures.  I don't always catch all that is wrong, but I try very hard to list everything that I see wrong with a piece.   Some items may need to be cleaned.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days once payment is received.
Please keep in mind shipping is more than just postage...it's packing material, printer ink, paper, tape, gas, your time spent driving, standing in line.  That's why I give a flat rate price to ship the item.   The reason I do this is so everyone is on the same page. I’ve been doing this for a long time and I know what it cost to ship things and I try to be as fair as possible.   I live in Texas, but I base shipping on what it costs to send to the  East and West Coasts and by Weight.  Also eBay charges sellers fees on shipping.   So please add the cost of the item and the shipping together and if that is what you are willing to pay then everyone is good.   In general I don't ship on weekends or public holidays.  However, if I can I will try to ship your item on Saturday provided payment was received to 9pm CST the night before.  For items with FREE SHIPPING I will choose the most economic carrier. USPS 2-6 business days or UPS/FEDEX 3-5 business days.
Return Policy:
I will accept returns within the specified time frame in the listing and refunds will only be given if it's a listing error on my part.  I charge a 20% restocking fee. Please note that for new items, I will not accept returns and offer a refund on any item that you have opened or removed the plastic wrap, if the box is damaged, or you have failed to properly pack the item for return and it breaks.
Return shipping - both domestic and international is the responsibility of you the buyer unless the return is a result of my mistake (i.e., you receive the wrong item or not as I described).   I cannot do 60 days returns.  To be honest 30 days doesn’t make sense to me.  But failure to read the listing carefully or look at the pictures or ask questions before purchase, or better yet, make a low ball Best Offer and then decide you don't want it after receiving it...sorry, I just can't do business like that.  Also, just like big online retailers, when you pay for an item + S/H and you have to return it for a refund with prepaid returns, they don't refund your shipping cost, just the price of the item.  Please don't expect me to do the same if I'm paying for postage.   It's been my experience that eBay back charges sellers for all returns regardless of individual seller return policy.
