JESLA™ By QC Charge Converted Tesla J1772 portable EV charger 40 Amp

For sale is a used JESLA portable EV charger kit manufactured by Quick Charge Power (now QC Charge).
The kit was purchased in February 2016 and used through February 2021, when I stopped using a 100% electric vehicle.  Kit was stored in its carry case in car trunk, used several times a year when I visited family w/o home EV charging stations.  It is in good shape, with some minor marks/scuffs from pulling it over asphalt driveways and through garage windows.
Sale includes the original J1772-ended charger with three interchangeable plug ends (NEMA 5-15 typical household 3-prong plug, NEMA 5-20 heavy duty power tool plug, and NEMA 14-50 electric oven plug) and a zippered padded nylon carry case.  I only ever used one of the ends, the NEMA 5-15, along with two
included adaptors (NEMA 5-15 to NEMA 10-30 and NEMA 5-15 to a NEMA 14-50 modified to work as NEMA 14-30) to connect to old and new-style 240V electric dryer plugs.
