    Description

Blaster Case Savers stop the chain from damaging the case during chain failure.
These case savers come ready to install for shipped.
Include aluminum engraved and tumbled chain guard and mounting tab
Aluminum spacer and threaded stand off post
    And Stainless Steel hardware.
These fit up to a 14 tooth sprocket, have to test for 15 tooth yet.
These will fit with billet case saver.
These will also work with OEM stator cover with out cutting it. You will only need to trim the back side of the factory plastic molded case saver which can be seen in the youtube video at the bottom demonstraighted by KOR.
Most factory bikes come with this similar style case saver, the blaster came without one. This is a needed product to save your engine, as most of you with cracked engines already know.
Theirs a built in fail safe. Aluminum is soft, it will spit the chain out as it should but if for any reason it gets caught up, the plate can bend. Controversy then arose  that the bolt will snap. How? Fail safe #2, the longer case bolt provided in the kits is only to fit the aluminum tab that holds the cade saver which will bend. That tab connects to an aluminum spacer tube. That spacer tube is threaded on both sides. Not once is a SS bolt connected directly to the case and the case saver. The only direct connection point is a 30mm bottom bolt threw another spacer and into a factory unused and isolated bolt hole on the case.
Nothing is garunteed during any failure, but id sure rather be protected then not at all. We can start using adult analogies like kids still getting born on contraception or guys still getting the itch at a night club, butbest preventive maintenence is making sure your slrockets and chain are in good shape and hopefully you wlnt need to test the case saver. We have been using this exact case saver for 10 years now ourselves. Has saved our cases 3 times.
