:
1. The use of bearing tools requires at least the removal of the axle, and in most cases the removal of the entire wheel hub, which will increase your maintenance time. Using our tools, simply remove the tires, brake calipers and spindle to provide a wide-spread fitting for the bearing. Then just slide our tool in and use a grease gun to lubricate the bearings. Our tools have many benefits.
Our tool has a double O-ring design to ensure that the bearing is completely lubricated. The more grease inside, the better!
2. For a 40mm tool suitable for rear wheel bearings, the connection between the top bolt of the bearing frame and the A-arm needs to be removed to make the tool operate correctly. Otherwise, the tool will not be fully inserted, and proper bearing lubrication will not be possible. It is recommended that you remove the top mounting bolts and tilt the bearing frame assembly at a 45-degree angle to allow enough space to insert the tool. You do not need to completely remove the bearing frame or remove the shaft.
3. Please note that although we strive to make our tools as simple and easy to use as possible, differences in end-user tools may require additional work. We have noticed that the end of some grease guns may require you to remove the two radius arm bolts and slide the shaft slightly inward to leave enough room to catch the end. If you encounter problems, please consult professional maintenance personnel.
4. This item is a grease kit for vehicles using two different bearing sizes. Very common is 800 RZR. The packaging is also suitable for other models. Please confirm that you are ordering the correct item. If you only need 900, 1000 or Turbo grease tools, please see our other items for sale. The 44mm grease tool included in this package is indeed suitable for the larger 44mm bearings in 900, 1000 and Turbo. Therefore, if you have 900, 1000 or Turbo and 800, you can save money by purchasing this kit.
If you own an RZR or other UTV, you may already understand the importance of keeping the wheel bearings in an ideal working condition. Using our tools, you can reduce the tedious workload.
5. As we all know, Polaris UTV bearings have almost no grease, so it is recommended that you apply grease to the bearings now, new or old. Simple work will go a long way in maintaining the overall mechanical condition of your investment.
