. This it item was made in the USA back in 2002. As far as the condition is concerned the item is new
is in the package. The package itself dose have some wear on the edges and there is also a spot of adhesive from a label that was removed. The spot is about 1-1/2 by 1-1/2"on the front. Other then that there no other wear and overall it is pretty decent shape.
