    Description

Can-am Maverick X3 louvered air intake grille relocation kit (Grey Deception Graphic on Black Grille).
Fitment: 2017 to Present, Maverick X3 Turbo, Turbo R, Turbo RR, Max, XRC, XRS, 900HO and fits the back of the S&B Particle Separator housings.
(((This kit WILL NOT FIT XMR or retrofitted snorkel units)))
This louvered grille kit and foam plug will relocate the noisy air intake from behind your seat inside the cab to the rear bed area of your X3. Relocating the intake opening to the rear greatly reduces the noise in the cab area from the engine and clutches in that annoying 5000rpm range.
Because we don't ride in perfect weather conditions all the time, this customizable louvered grille design will help divert rain, snow, and mud down and away from directly entering the intake area while still maintaining air flow from the rear. With this kit you'll retain quick access to the original unmodified factory intake. In EXTREME mud or snow conditions, the foam plug can be quickly removed without tools until the riding conditions improve or the bed area can be cleared of excess heavy mud or snow.  If using this kit with a cargo box make sure you have 2 inches of clearance between your unmodified intake cover and your cargo box cargo box lid when it is fully hinged open. Depending on the design or logo, the grille can be up to 1 inch thick when mounted to the rear of the intake cover.
    The installation kit includes:
    (1) 3D Printed Grille
    (1) Foam Intake Plug
    (10) 1/8" Aluminum Rivets
Cutting template & detailed instructions with photos
The grilles are 3D printed from a modified UV/Heat/Impact Resistant Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol, the same type of plastic used in food safe microwaveable containers and water bottles. The plastic has a transition temperature of 190°C (374°F) (when it becomes flexible) and has a melting temperature of 250°C (482°F) for 3D printing.
100% made in the USA using American plastics.
