This doll is "FIONA, LEOPARD SKIRT LADY", c2001 by Carmen Manago.  She an all cloth shelf sitter doll.  Hair of black ribbon piping.  Hand painted lips and rosy cheeks, embroider eyes and stitched nose. Beautiful hat with underside of leopard print material with rim outlined in black, brim of two-tone golden ribbon with crown of leopard print, adorned with lamb wool like woven threads and real feathers in brown and black . She has gold button earrings with black centers. She wears a black rabbit fur coat with lapel of lamb wool like woven threads. She is dressed in a velveteen leopard skirt with hem and slit of black lacy piping topped off with a plastic gold button at the slit. Her handbag matches her skirt. Around her neck is a collar of pink and black ribbon. Her legs are black stockings and the painted brown heel feet are embellished with lamb wool like thread bows with leopard centers.  Measures approx 24-inches tall.  No box.
