Antique Collectible KNOX On-Camera Recipes Booklet 1962 date

Description

This auction is for a collectible, antique Cookbook.  It was put out by the KNOX Gelatine Company of Johnstown, New York.  It is 48 pages long.  All recipes are printed with full camera pictures for the entire recipe.
Divided into sections:
1)  Appetizers & Salads
2)  Main Dishes
3)  Desserts
I have included several pages of recipes from the book in the photo section.  Recipes include a Cranberry Souffle Salad, a Waldorf Salad, Chicken Mousse, Molded Tuna and Avocado, Corned Beef and Slaw, Lemon Chiffon Pie, Pumpkin Chiffon Pie. Strawberry Charlotte, Bavarian Cream and many more.  These recipes represent cooking a time long ago but most sound just as savory today as they did back then.
