    These Nut plates are

    #MS21061L3 or F2000-3
    and are in Perfect New condition.  The Mounting Plate is magnetic Steel and Floating Portion is constructed of magnetic Steel.  The distance between mounting holes is .310" and uses 3/32" rivets; the mounting holes can be drilled out to 1/8" to be able to use 1/8" rivets for mounting if desired for Racing applications.  They take a #10-32 TPI Screw.
