    Description

    This is a rebuild kit for the 4150 BG Barry Grant and Demon 575 650 750 825 and 850 mechanical secondary double pumper carburetors including the Speed Demon, Mighty Demon and Race Demon.
    This kit does not come with a power valve . Both the metering block and fuel bowl gaskets are the black coated reusable ones. An extra set of paper needle and seat gaskets are included for float adjustments . Needle and seats are .110 v iton tipped as original. Will also fit the 575 and 750 carburetors as well as the RS series 675 and 775 carburetors.
    The manufacturer is discontinuing the red and blue coated gaskets and this is their latest non stick coating that is an improvement over the prior ones.
    Please note: Be careful of other vendors generically classifying their rebuild kits as being for the 650 Demon as many of them do not have the correct main body to base gasket or inlet fitting gaskets. Our kit also comes with the o-rings for the sight glasses that use the clip for a retainer. This kit has both  1 11/16 and 1 3/4 main body to base plate gaskets included .
    We also offer this kit with a power valve in another listing as well and will still have the red and blue kits while gasket supplies last.
    These are not the cheap China knock of kits being sold as these parts actually fit and are from Walker the oe vendor.

    These parts are manufactured by Walker Products which was one of the original Barry Grant / Demon vendors that was used prior to 2011 and the same components that your carburetor would have been originally built with when new. The kits are assembled by us in house.
